  • We sell premium accessories, including the MagSleeve laptop sleeve.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.

2.3 Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all EU countries and provide estimated delivery times at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via trusted carriers.
  • Delivery delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:
1️⃣ Contact us at support@powerpouch.co within 14 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Return the item in unused, original condition within 14 days.
3️⃣ You will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

📢 Exceptions: Personalized/customized items and used products cannot be returned.

🔄 Extended 30-Day Return Policy: We allow returns beyond the legal 14-day period up to 30 days, following the same conditions.

5. Warranty & Defective Products

  • We offer a 1-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • If your product is faulty, contact us at support@powerpouch.co with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Data is used only for order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data upon request.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
